Saddened About CISPA in the House

Posted on April 28, 2012

It's terribly sad that we constantly have to defend our freedoms against our own government again and again. The legislators have proven countless times that they do not understand the things about which they are legislating. It is a terrible shame that they are either too ignorant to enjoy the irony or too corrupt to concern themselves with ameliorating the arrangement.

So instead we come ever more certain that the government is no longer a government of the people, if indeed it ever was, and we look forward to solutions that extend beyond the current legal framework we've been given for the past 200 years.

And that, my friends, is the aspiration of one of the projects I am contributing to right now.
